About This Class

 is a full body workout that produces quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds, tiny movements and full range of motion exercises. The last 15 minutes of this class is dedicated to focused core exercises to set the abs on fire to build deep core strength and sculpt your midsection!
