About This Class
FreeBird FLEX-n-FLOW is an intermediate level total body strength, toning, and stretch class. We recommend you take 2-3 Power Flow classes prior to taking this class. You will build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with Power Yoga sequencing to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength training exercises that will hit every muscle group that makes up your beautiful body! FLEX-n-FLOW will burn fat, shape, tone and elongate your muscles, without bulking and create quick and recognizable results exactly where you want them!
