FLY BOUNCE BASIC is a great class for beginners as it will ease your way into FLY BOUNCE Fitness, and it’s also a great class for our current FLY FREEBIRDS to change up their routine! FLY BOUNCE BASIC is an exhilarating cardio experience that introduces basic rebounding exercises and combinations as well as explosive tabata-style intervals. A portion of the class is also dedicated to full body strength training and core work so that your body is challenged to its max! Although this class is beginner level, the cardio is still intense leaving you drenched in sweat and feeling OH SO GOOD!
