FLEX is a full body workout that produces quick results by lengthening and chiseling muscles through small isolated holds, tiny movements and full range of motion exercises. This class is form-focused with in-depth instruction so you can discover the deep mental connection to your body. FLEX utilizes body bars, light hand weights resistance bands and your own body weight to sculpt your body to the physique you desire!
