This class utilizes a 9lb. body bar, light hand weights, resistance bands, playground balls, gliders and your own body weight through isometric and full range of motion movements through mind to muscle connection to strengthen muscle mass & bone density, burn fat, shape, tone, and elongate muscles, as well as improve coordination, balance & flexibility.
