About This Class
This is a trampoline, aka rebounding class. A CARDIO SWEAT FEST OF FUN! Rebounding reduces body fat, firms your body and abdomen, increases your agility and improves balance, all while being easy on your joints and bones! You will increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and detox all while having an absolute blast! During this 1 hour exhilarating cardio class you will learn basic rebounding exercises and combinations as well as plyometric tabata and HIIT style intervals. There is also a strength training portion in this class so your body and mind is sure to be challenged to it’s maximum! Tennis shoes are required. Maximum weight limit 250lbs.
