About This Class
(Heated to 85-90 degrees) is an all levels class. Vinyasa yoga is a vigorous flowing yoga practice that links your movement with your breath and engages every muscle group in the body. This flowing movement will open and cleanse your body, strengthen and lengthen your muscles, improve flexibility and vitality and calm, soothe, and open your mind. “All levels” means that if you’re new to your practice or you’re an experienced practitioner, you’ll feel at home, challenged, and at ease.
