About Lindsey McCracken, 200 Registered Yoga Teacher

Lindsey grew up playing sports, and was a college athlete in soccer and cross country. Due to a chronic eating disorder and over-exercise, a multitude of injuries and handful of surgeries led her to realize she had to give up running and her compulsive gym-going, and find another outlet for movement. That’s when Lindsey found yoga- a form of exercise she swore she would NEVER do! Lindsey firmly believes that yoga has been life-saving in her recovery journey. In her classes, you can expect to connect with your breath, build strength, and go through a creative flow!
