Mandy Reid grew up in Tampa, FL training in competitive figure skating and dance. After walking away from skating and dance in high school, she never lost the her love for movement. In 2004 she moved to Nashville, and started her yoga practice shortly thereafter. After struggling with severe body shaming for years, yoga became a healing space to re-connect with her spirit, mind and body. With a deep desire to teach movement and the healing of yoga to others, Mandy pursued her first of several yoga trainings in 2009, and has been teaching yoga since 2010.
Currently, Mandy is a certified 500hr Yoga Instructor and is working on her second 500hr Yoga Instructor training with Yoga Medicine.
