MODERN FITNESS CLASSES

FreeBird offers a modern mix of group fitness classes, inspired by the mind and body connection. Our variety of classes include strength training, trampoline fitness, dance fitness and yoga. From beginner to advanced, we want all of our clients to receive a fun, personal, mindful and form focused experience. You will advance to new levels, both mentally, and physically, feel the genuine love from your FreeBird Tribe, and feel a transformation beyond what you ever thought was possible!

At FreeBird Fitness, we believe that exercise is an integral part of living a healthy lifestyle; therefore, it should NOT be a dreaded, monotonous task…It should be FUN! It should be an escape and a great way to release stress. It should make you feel challenged, accomplished and rejuvenated!
