Bouncing {aka rebounding} is widely used across the world in physical therapy clinics because it is a perfect way to increase core strength, improve posture, strengthen muscles and improve coordination while keeping your joints safe from injury. YOU will burn a tremendous amount of calories, be drenched in sweat, have a smile on your face, AND be ready to come back for more… you will seriously walk away feeling accomplished and energized! The best part is, ALL BOUNCE CLASSES are full of shock-absorbing benefits allowing optimal performance during high-energy exercises with no impact, unlike typical workouts performed on the ground. As with all FreeBird Fitness classes, we won’t leave a muscle untouched as portions of  all bounce classes incorporate light hand weights and resistance bands for TOTAL BODY strengthening.
FLY BOUNCE  is an exhilarating cardio experience that combines basic and complex rebounding exercises into a follow along FUN sequence to sick beats!
BOUNCE BOOTCAMP is high-energy, high-cardio and pure FUN. Through a variation of basic rebounding exercises, all-out sprints and tabata style intervals using the trampoline, the floor and a combination of both, your heart rate will soar, increasing your cardiovascular health tremendously!
BOUNCE + BARRE is a high energy cardio experience that consists of rebounding exercises and combinations with a handle barre attached to the trampoline.
BEGINNER BOUNCE if you have been intimidated to try our bounce classes, now is the time to let go of that fear and fly high with us! Learn basic rebounding exercises to slower paced music with a handle barre attached to the trampoline.
