Yoga is a systematic practice of physical exercise, breath control, relaxation, and positive thinking and meditation aimed at developing harmony in the body, mind, spirit and environment. POWER FLOW heated between 80-85 degrees, you will be moved through a vigorous practice that will both challenge and empower you. Designed to strengthen and lengthen every part of your body, you can expect a class that will work your arms, legs, core and everywhere in between. You will leave feeling empowered, strong, sweaty and peaceful.
VINYASA heated 75-80 degrees. Vinyasa meaning “flow” or “to move without resistance” will get your body moving, your breath flowing, and your energy going. Each class is uniquely structured and sequenced, but you can always expect a moderately-paced practice linking breath with movement. The outcome: a stronger body, calmer mind, and more balanced state of being.
GENTLE VINYASA No experience needed… seriously! Not flexible? That’s fine. Never seen a yoga mat? That’s fine too. In Gentle Vinyasa, we create a safe and open environment for you to gently arrive into your yoga practice. This class will move at a slower pace and will focus on proper alignment and form. Get ready to fall in love with yoga!
RESTORATIVE YOGA I came for the savasana! Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. … During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It’s a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. You will leave feeling totally ZEN!
FIRE FLOW It’s getting HOT in here! Flow. Pulse. Hype. Release. Turn it up…. in a room heated 75-80 degrees. Sweaty, challenging and invigorating. FIRE FLOW combines lightweights with power yoga flows and bursts of cardio for the ultimate sweat fest! We recommend yoga experience before taking this class.
