About This Class

Ohhh… the Yin to my Yang!
Strengthen, stretch and relax! This unique class combines the Yang (active) side of the Vinyasa flow (movement with breath) with the Yin (passive) poses that are held longer, allowing your body to melt into the pose while your mind remains calm. This nurturing and healing practice will leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, spacious, balanced and centered.
All levels welcome! Please arrive with your yoga mat and water.
