About Christina Carroll

Christina has always been passionate about helping others on their own journey to find wholeness within themselves and to create a healthy and thriving lifestyle, physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. When she found yoga, all the lights turned on in her and she knew she was supposed to share this practice with others. In 2016, Christina completed her RYT 200 and her RYT 500 in 2018. She has since certified in other movement modalities such as Buti Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, and Merge Level 1, a continuing education platform for those interested in creating healthy movement patterns, decreasing pain, and optimizing human performance. She currently holds a title of YACEP; E-RYT 500 and has worked with a RYS, training teachers, offering workshops, and customizing personal sessions both in person and virtually. Most importantly, Christina desires to help others find ways to heal themselves through the power and connectedness of breath, movement, meditation, and fun. She encourages her students to get out of their head and into their body, to laugh, dance, cry, move, breath, flow, and love themselves right where they are. Christina has made the practice of yoga a beautiful lifestyle that she journeys both on and off the mat and believes that movement is medicine for the soul.
