Danielle is from Louisville Kentucky and developed a passion for movement when she started dance classes at the age of 3. Classically trained in ballet, tap and jazz, Danielle competed at a National Level and performed with a traveling performing arts group. After hanging up her dance shoes, Danielle continued her passion for movement through group fitness classes. She has been teaching various forms of fitness for many years.
She moved to Nashville, Tennessee in 2013 to pursue the musical dreams of her husband Todd, and together they opened FreeBird! Opening FreeBird has been a dream come true for Danielle! Her vision has been to create a studio of love and acceptance, where judgement has no home. In April of 2016, she was honored to become a Lululemon Ambassador!
Danielle’s goal as a fitness professional, is to continually expand her exercise knowledge to provide a safe, fun, inspirational and welcoming environment for every FreeBird that walks through the doors to better their mind, body and soul. She loves to inspire others to love themselves from the inside out & to challenge themselves, set and exceed goals, and live life as a FREEBIRD!!!
