Kathleen initially came to yoga to build flexibility and balance for horseback riding. After completing graduate school and struggling with an off and on home practice for years, she found a regular practice in Morgantown, WV. It was there that she completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2017 before heading to Pittsburgh, PA for an additional 85-hour prenatal yoga teacher certification in 2018.
At Kathleen’s classes you can expect an alignment-focused instructor that is with you every step of the way. She believes that a lighthearted environment where it’s ok to laugh can help you focus on being in the moment and feel better from having been in the class.

Secret talent? I have an Associate’s Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts and occasionally take up tie dyeing
Favorite music artist that pushes you hard during a workout? Anything upbeat, but I listen to a lot of alternative and some French rap/hip hop/pop.
